Questions about NILO

Our straps are woven in Greece and sewn by us in Hamburg. We produce our handbags together with a small leather workshop from Italy.

With us, you can choose how long your strap should be. In addition to the lengths listed on the product page between 60 and 160cm, feel free to notify us via E-Mail and request your individual length.

"Of course, we try to capture the color of the straps as accurately as possible in the photos. However, we ask for your understanding regarding minor deviations and hope that you like the color of your strap just as much as in the photo!"

Yes! We are very happy to fulfill your wishes. Just send us a short email about this. We usually respond on the same day!

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation email - however, this time may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method.

Why has my order not been shipped yet?

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. Usually, we ship orders within 48 hours, but for some orders, it may take a little longer.

Can I change when and how my package is delivered again?

Yes, that works! Our shipping partners DHL and DHL Express always send you an email for package notification. Through this, you can specify your desired delivery location, such as a package shop, or change the delivery date.

What happens if I am not there during the first delivery attempt?

If the package delivery person does not reach you, you can check the tracking to see if your package has been left with a neighbor or at a branch, for example. In most cases, a redelivery attempt will also be made.

Please check the tracking to see if the package has been delivered to a neighbor. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us - you can find our contact options further down.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours.
If you choose express shipping at checkout, your order is usually shipped the same day. Therefore, express shipping takes about 2-3 days and standard shipping 3-5 days. After your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

In our shop, you can choose between standard shipping and express shipping when you order within Germany.

Standard shipping to Germany is FREE. Costs may arise outside of Germany. We will inform you about this in the checkout area. Additionally, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview as well as in your order confirmation via email - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the shipping method.
You can select express shipping at the end of your order. Your package will arrive within 1-2 business days.

Delivery always takes place from Monday to Saturday with our shipping partner DHL.

Delivery:

Our standard delivery to Germany is FREE from €10.
Shipping to foreign countries is calculated at checkout depending on the country.

Return:

A return from Germany costs €2.90 per large letter priority. Thus, you will receive a tracking number.
A return from abroad depends on the local shipping services.

If the order has not yet been packed, feel free to contact us to let us know your request for changes. We will try to implement it.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the change can still be made.

Returns & Refunds

Is your item defective or damaged?

We are sorry about that. Please submit a complaint - We ask for as complete information as possible so that we can review your complaint quickly.

1. First, you fill out our return form, provide your order number, what you are returning, what your email address is, and so on.

2. You will receive the confirmation of your return registration by email afterwards.

3. You bring the packaged shipment to the nearest DHL branch and send the return back to us, preferably & cheapest via large letter priority.

4. As soon as your return has arrived at our facility, we will check it as quickly as possible and arrange for the refund of the invoice amount as soon as possible.

"After reviewing the return, we will promptly refund the amount using the payment method you previously selected. With some payment providers, this process may take 1-3 business days. We ask for your understanding in this matter."

"This is not a problem. However, we explicitly request that you include the return slip with each order. Otherwise, complications may arise."
